Technical aspects and types of ultrasound examinations.
Limitations and common artifacts.
Ultrasound applications in various fields.

08.30 – 09.00 Basic functionality and settings of the US machine. Transducers.
Image optimization. Scanning planes on TA and TV.
Image recognition of normal female pelvis anatomy. Sergiu Puiu
09.00 – 09.30 Examining the uterus (myometrium, endometrium, cervix), ovaries and adnexae.
US assessment of the menstrual cycle (uterine and ovarian). Liliana Fuior
